Lien on 225 5th Avenue, N.E., Dauphin, Manitoba?

So, I phoned my lawyer and I hope he has put a lien on 225 because I still don't have my 'life belongings.'

What is a lien?

A lien is a legal claim or security interest placed on an asset to guarantee the payment of a debt or the fulfillment of an obligation.

So, Warren owes me a lot of money.

Did you know that I can't get rent assist because I am married to Warren Justice?

Because Warren makes money and he is legally responsible for me, I can't get rent assist from the government.

I am learning so much every day. I don't think $1300.00 a month for a one bedroom is reasonable at all. Does anyone else think this is reasonable?

I have applied for over 50 jobs and there has been so little response, I wonder if the website is really communicating efficiently.

I still want to live in a house... I wish I could hire Aaron again... still my favourite house.

My scripture that really impacts me... Psalm 37:25 "I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging for bread." For many years I have prayed before I eat... 'May my children have as much good food as I do and may they contact me if they ever need some.'

My 14 boxes of novels, The Orchard Walk by El Dueck and all my inventory has not, yet, been brought to me, in Winnipeg and I have not, yet been contacted to say... the road is clear for me to pick up all my stuff.

One time, my brother joked and said he was going to publish my novel under his name... I said, I don't think so Neil... I would sue you just as well as a stranger.

The Orchard Walk

My Orchard Walk began quite early, in life.

This is my Grade 7 or 8 photo... The most significant project I did for a Science Fair was a project on the Holocaust.

It may surprise you to know that most young people weren't that interested in this subject.

One of the books I read for this project was 'I am David.' It is not an uplifting book but it does have that 'happy ending' we all seek.

I have often been a very strong believer in 'the path that leads you, leads you distinctly.'

There are some things, in life, that we orchestrate and there are, most certainly, things we could not possibly orchestrate.

I served a Holocaust survivor where I worked, at a cafe. I was only 16 and she must have been over 60. Her left arm was age- wrinkled and because her sleeve was pushed up, the numbered tattoo caught my eye. I was already somewhat 'self- educated' on this subject of the Holocaust because of my grade school project but, I assure you, it was quite stirring to see a real person who had survived this world changing plight.

Thinking of the age she must have been during WWII, I would guestimate, in her mid twenties to thirties. There isn't much we forget when we're mature adults and we could say 'in the prime of life.'

What is the world view of this generation that, then, shaped the next generation?

Did they even experience greed? In a world where all the resources were gathered for a war effort to subdue an enemy that threatened the life of everyone, I just can't imagine these people suffering the lusts of greed. There wasn't anything, anywhere.

Can you imagine if writing paper and a pen or pencil were the dearest items a person could try to attain... to write down the things that were happening to them... the shock, the horror, the disbelief.

We should recall that people were forced from their homes, during this horrific world tragedy.

This does not happen in a civilized country or with civilized people.

Or, does it?

What kind of person would try to force you or I from our home?

I call this type of assault a 'pocket war.' This is my terminology. That's how I see the current world situations.

So, any personal life situation where someone is trying to force a person from their home, we must approach the situation as a personal 'pocket war.'

The likelihood that the attack has a greed element to it; someone is lining their own pocket with your work, belongings, real estate, is the most common reason for this type of 'raid.'

We can hardly imagine this type of unscrupulous, corrupt individual but WWII isn't that long ago. So, be aware, there are very unethical people, still in our world, who are committing this same crime right now.

We should all fight people like this. It is our livelihood they try to steal.

Blanketed with Love

Waiting for my entire 'life belongings' has been a journey of suffering. I have a lot of pillows and blankets that I can help my loves with.

I'm not sure where the hold- up is, but my feet have really suffered because my bicycle is still at 225, my North Face runners which I got at a bargain price from a woman who tried them and didn't like them... at a garage sale... they are a very good fit for my feet.

I am very concerned about my grandson. I'm not even sure he has a jacket. I called his other grandparents yesterday evening to see if he has had a bad incident. A baseball bat is for playing, not using against a child. Maybe Linnea and Walter could go there and do a little check up.

Do my children and grandchildren have food?

I've been trying to help my sons. I am very concerned about their well- being.

I am even more concerned for my well- being, and my lack of an income, and my normal needs of safe housing, food, transportation.

I am just as concerned, for these things, for my children and grandchildren.

I would love to invest in a 'paying dividends' company like Suncor Energy. My husband has had great returns on his invested money with that company.

All Keyed Up

So, when I go get all my belongings from 225 5th Avenue, N.E., in Dauphin, the only person I will be expecting to be there is my husband, Warren.

If there are any other people there, I will be calling for security personnel for my safety.

I was threatened by a woman Warren dated in 2022. I am sure I will never see that criminal again but I can ask Warren if we are safe from that person.

The people who had keys for the house were Bergen and Shauna, Ken, Warren, and I had a key which Warren forced me to give up for my bras and underwear and my personal leather chair.

So, if anything is missing, I will insist Warren contacts all his family members to see if any of them entered the house without my permission, where my entire estate is in, including my 15 year legacy novel project:

The Orchard Walk El Dueck and inventory representing my novel. The 14 boxes of novels must also be in pristine condition as they were on August 29, 2026.

Bedroom 1

Bedroom 1- The first bedroom I renovated at 225 was the bedroom I slept in, the safe bedroom... being a very sensitive person I did not want to sleep in the bedroom where someone had, he said, accidentally, caused her own death.

I really wanted Warren and I to buy a different house, immediately, in 2022, but he said it was not, financially, feasible.

Elfrieda's belongings- Bedroom 1- This is how I remember things.

Armoire- Top shelf- on the left- Briefcase with ‘birth certificate,’ external hard drive, tax documents, divorce documents, Day & Ross retirement documents- stolen $209,000 by Elmer John Dueck.

Elfrieda Guenter pink inoculation ‘baby card.’

Elfrieda’s clothes- 5 shelves- bottom shelf- jewelry container with jewelry; two hats Warren purchased for me at Clear Lake.

(Middle of armoire- Elfrieda’s basket- I put Warren’s 17+ pair of underwear and socks, in there… then, I put Warren’s clothes on the right…)

Top of armoire- Warren’s clock- old… I never liked it.

To the left of the armoire, two chairs… one, vintage (owned by Anne P.- Warren’s Mom); the other chair, Elfrieda’s- cream ladder- back with rush seat- small chair- 35 years old) Under this chair- Elfrieda’s brand new down duvet, purchased at Mega Deals, $100+ dollars. A big pile of my recent clothes beside this chair many purchased at Super Thrifty, Mega Deals, and Gloria Gayle’s.

Beside armoire, on the right, small carpet… green with roses- cotton- I purchased that at rug store, where I worked, in 2008, gave it to my Mom and Dad and then, when they died, I took it back home with me. Mirrors leaning against that wall… My silver full- length- purchased at Zellers, Alfred Sung, White mirror, used to be gold, purchased at Home Depot, Empress Street, 2006. Square mirror- sand and silver;

The bed, itself, belongs to Warren, including the mattress. The only bedding that Warren owns is one pillow, and, if he has the quilt I made him, on the bed, then I am allowing him to keep that gift from me. Everything else, on the bed must be there for me to retrieve. The king- sized down duvet in a white ruched duvet cover, the other five pillows, the quilt I made with the floral back, the blush and hounds tooth blanket I made 15 years ago, the mattress cover I purchased.

On Warren’s side of the bed, a night stand I purchased in 2005, while living at 90 Forest Cove Drive. A watch I purchased for Warren (Christmas 2025)… solar, on the window sill.

On Elfrieda's side of the bed...  My round silver metal night table with my silver lamp- purple lampshade… a basket containing jewelry… some purchased at Aiken’s, a pale blue stone ring that I purchased from Aiken's with small stones on either side of the pale blue stone... one stone fell out already, some old, 46 years old… marriage rings from 1981, pearls… 7 strands or more… one strand of pearls was a gift to me… 40+ years ago, purchased at Birks. Under my side of the bed- my purple sherpa slippers, ready for me to wear this winter.

Closet- $15,000 worth of Elfrieda’s clothes and boots (size 7 ½ La Canadienne, size 7 ½ Miz Mooz- any of my other boots, size 7 1/2 & size 8 boots were stored in the grey 'Canadian Tire' cabinet I bought, in Dauphin. That cabinet had all my winter scarves, mitts, (my lovely cream llama wool mitts- I paid $65 for those at a craft sale, my red lace knit short finger gloves I purchased at a craft sale, many, many other mitts, and boots, and, two dustpan and broom sets, bottom right cubby- hole) and sandals and white metal oval container with lingerie, and scarves, and a pair of sweatpants I bought for my grandson Liam, which came back, RTS.

Double- sized sheepskin rugs- two, and one on the living room sofa, and a grey one in the gazebo.

This is a beginning list of what I know is at my 225 address and I will, fully, expect all of my estate to be intact.

Novel Inventory- some of my novel inventory

Some of my inventory items that I moved to 225 5th Avenue, N.E., in Dauphin because of my marriage to Warren David Justice.

I am still the sole proprietor of my novel and my work surrounding my novel but the impossibly long commute from Winnipeg to Dauphin required me to move my inventory to the place I had/ have it available to me, alone.

This is just some of my inventory. I am very concerned that it has not been damaged or mettled with.

Collecting Year(s)

Let's talk hard core finances... I am going to do a 'estimates,' information just for the sake of trying to figure out what is 'righteous versus unrighteous.'

Those are pretty big words.

'Righteous' means morally right, good, and virtuous.

'Unrighteous' means not morally correct, wicked, sinful, or acting against principles of justice and fairness.

Situation- This is for determining what is just, fair, and needful.

Husband Income- $45,000 per year

Wife Income- $900 per year

Husband and wife forced to split

Husband think, wrongfully, that he owns the house they share

Wife knows she has done the 'investment' work to upgrade a very humble house

Husband, wrongfully, thinks he can force wife from the house they live in together

Wife is given some very bad advice and calls a lawyer quite often

Obviously, from this simple equation, we can see who can afford to buy...

- Safe housing

-Food

-Transportation

So, these are going to be 'collecting years' for me. That is my mission. I have, this morning, already, declared to some 'family' members whom I will be trying to help this year and if they can give me money for  my needs.

I await many responses for my requests for financial aid.

So, I will need to calculate 'investment' returns, for myself. Part of my calculation will, of course, be all about usage, after finished projects.

Food will be a huge variance because of 'how much the husband eats versus how much the wife eats.'

I am going to be working on 'labour input;' who used their vehicle to haul furniture, lumber, patio stones, vanity, tub, building materials, etcetera for the addresses in question.

I, Elfrieda, am really needing my white acoustic guitar... Make sure you don't use it or damage it.

Marriage Novel

I found this awesome website, this morning.

Have you ever met someone, once, and then you didn't really think much about them again unless the man I married, mentioned them.

Now, what's a little bit annoying to me is... all the things I would really admire and appreciate about people... are precisely the things my husband didn't mention.

If I had known that the 'Clear Lake' encounter was such a possibility of faith- inspired Biblical parallels of like-mindedness, regarding marriage, I would have tried to fetch out a few tips on that longevity.

I didn't really know whom I was meeting and it was a 'family time' for them so I didn't think much about the 'planned, chance encounter?'

For anyone, who hasn't read my novel, The Orchard Walk- El Dueck, they may not know that The Winery Inn is the main building on the crudely drawn site map, that I have in my Dauphin home, in my bedroom. I did display it at McNally Robinson, in May, 2013. I feel my writing is much better than my 'site map.' These pillow cases are my 'pillow talk' counseling inventory items.

You know the saying..,
'Keep it real,' so I did.
These pillow cases, all made by Elfrieda, are part of my novel inventory.

So, The Winery Inn, in my fictional novel, hosts weddings, and any events that would be 'marriage and family based.'

I used creative license to 'lighten up' on the more difficult aspects of marriage by naming the cabins for WWII flower- class warships. Because many marriages have too much warring in them, it is best to think of foundational marital, covenantal commitments in such a large project.

I bought 'Strike the Original Match' many, many, years ago. Originally published, when I was 17 years old, I was already looking for that blueprint of longevity.

To understand my novel, you have to understand allegory, history, and Biblical corollory.

Two characters, in my novel, who 'work at' the Winery Inn, are a divorced couple who don't have new partners. The woman's name is Abbey and that is, definitely, allegory, for the church. Abbey has a lovely peacefulness and a quiet, 'Class, not brash' character. Her husband is somewhat surly, intelligent, rebelling against organized religion and, yet, he has business as his main thrust and... you never know who rents out The Winery Inn in The Orchard Walk.

The Cost of Suffering

I have not spoken with Warren since August 29, 30, 2026 about the cost of my suffering. He is aware that the financial investment I made into my marital property will be remunerated, by him, to Elfrieda. I suggested a fee, per month, for using the two projects that I completed at 225. Well, I actually did a lot more renovating than just the bathroom and gazebo but the dogs surely did wreck the floor after I refinished it. You can't imagine how a hot, sweaty dog, laying where it shouldn't, wreaks... havoc.

I really liked young Buhler. I'm trying to remember what he said that day, "You got your materials." Yes, that was it. I still don't know what he meant by that. Young Buhler knows how much gravel he dumped on the driveway when I was building up the back of the house. The earth had depleted at least 12 inches in depth. That is where I, also, laid the Barkman patio stones... Warren was at work when I used my truck to pick up all those stones from the Coop Building Center. They were so heavy, I had to pick them up in two loads. Warren helped a little with laying them. I did all the planning of where they needed to go. McMunn's had a few and I bought all they had of that style (the wood- look stones) and then filled in with a few grey ones.

I will be needing a lot of 'living income' to pay for this temporary dwelling I have been forced to sign for. It is a very unpleasant place to try to survive in and so expensive when there are no amenities in- suite, like washer and dryer. I did all of Warren's laundry for the entire four plus years I have lived in/ on my marital property.

I really miss my microwave, (I bought that at Mega Deals.), etcetera.

I am sure Warren really appreciates all the cleaning I have done. He cleaned the tub, once, after we installed a new tub we bought at Home Hardware. Do you think I spoiled him too much?

I certainly hope he and his brother (the brother lives in a house trailer, out of town), have stopped dreaming of a new Lexus. I was really tired of that conversation. They were talking that nonsense in 2022, at Christmastime already. Ken never did buy anything new. I can't imagine how they can afford that. Warren's Veloster, which he bought out from his youngest son, is not a very practical vehicle. My 2014 van, which I bought in Dauphin, (after my truck was written off by the insurance company) is not in good enough condition to drive to Dauphin and back. I had an appointment to have something fixed but, a very terrible thing happened that morning and I was not able to get my van fixed. I think the same repair is needed, on my van, that the Veloster had fixed when the wheel fell off when Warren and Elfrieda were driving home from Clear Lake.

When we were at our 'most wealthy,' we only ate dinner, in a restaurant, once or twice a year. I cooked 363 days per year, making our dinner and sometimes breakfast and baking and gardening. This year my tomato harvest was stolen so I wasn't able to make that delicious sauce we lived on the entire winter, three winters in a row.

This is the man I cooked for... and renovated for... and he is going to give me so many blessings from my work on that property, where we got married, 225.

I was forced to survive in my white flip flops even though I have 35 years worth of my clothing and footwear at 225. I wasn't allowed to wear my white flip flops for two days, August 30, and August 31, 2026. I was forced to be barefoot. I was very sick on the 31st from all the germs on the floors I was forced to walk on.

My navy lace wedding dress I purchased at Super Thrifty. My magenta lace dress, floor- length, I purchased at Winners. My dark plum lace dress I purchased at The Bay. I wore the dark plum dress and the magenta lace dresses to Handel's Messiah... different years.

Shovelling snow... wow, Elfrieda shovelled and shovelled and shovelled that driveway, for four years.

Precious Memories

My estate, in my marital home, in Dauphin, Manitoba... holds all my precious memories in picture form as well as my birth certificate and all my legal documents of my life.

All of my 'life belongings' are of no interest to my husband Warren but, because of his attack on me and the subsequent refusal, on his part, abusing the law, to disallow me access to my 'entire estate,' at that address... that action has now put full blame for any damage or missing items squarely upon Warren.

Last year, I developed 1,000 photos at the big box store.

I sent a photo of Warren to my son so he knows what my husband and I look like. I also sent him a photo of Warren, sitting on the grey chair with my photo box (sepia- toned roses). I'm sure my son remembers that photo box from our life at 90 Forest Cove Drive.

I still have photo boxes full of photos, at this address... from my life before I moved to Dauphin. One photo box says... "Filled With Love." I have photos of all my 100+ family just on my born into family side. Pictures of all of my brothers' and sisters' children and their children are in my photo boxes. Photos of my parents, and grandparents... old photos that cannot be replaced are there as well.

So, I am expecting all my belongings and all my 'precious memories' photos of my family and my 15+ year project to be intact and in the perfect condition that they were in when I was forced to leave my home between August 29- August 30, 2026.

If there is any damage to any of my 'life belongings' I will consider that this was a 'premeditated' attack on my life. The condition of and each item that I own being restored to me, in perfect condition, as it was, at the time of the attack on my personhood, is going to determine if this was an act of malice against Elfrieda.

I await to see my 'life belongings' to verify any wrongdoing and because the only two people who have lived at this address are... Elfrieda and Warren... this will be a very easy determination to prove.

I am holding Warren accountable for all my personal information that is in my 'life belongings' at this address. Every name, of my 100+ family that is in those photo boxes is my personal life and these photos are not to be touched by anyone.

My project... in totality, at this address, is very dear. I am going to be asking a very large sum of money if any of it is ruined... including my self- published novels.
